What was the Nature of your communications need/requirement prior to dealing with HC?

How did Huge Connect manage to address this need to improve your situation?
In the past I have had many setbacks with our telephone service provider. There was always an outage issue, w.r.t lines being stolen, services being out of order, etc. This caused serious complaints from clients trying to call our store. It went on for years but finally when the VOIP service was introduced I immediately jumped on the band wagon. I was referred to Huge Connect from another business partner and the rest is history. I moved over to VOIP communication for my store and the communication issue was resolved. No more downtime, queries get resolved timeously, very cost effective it is such a pleasure to be able to have any issue resolved quickly and sufficiently. Their team are top standard, especially Shane and Angel. Since the transition to Huge Connect my sales are up, clients are happy and as a Business it is a must to have them onboard.
